    • Registrations can only be completed online through the official meeting website: www.cns.org.cn/2023/
    • The opening date for the registration is February 1st, 2023

    Notes:
    • Students shall be doctoral or mater degree candidates who must present student ID cards for onsite registration. Post-doctors, residents, lab technicians are not regarded as students.

Cancellation Policy

Deadlines for refund requests：

  • Before April 30, 2023: Full refund will be given.
  • From May 1, 2023, to June 30, 2023: Half of registration fee will be ducted before the refund will be given
  • After July 1, 2023:No refunds of any type will be given.
  • If the CJK-2nd might be converted into a hybrid format in response to epidemic control and prevention, registrations fees will remain unchanged and will not be discounted to “Virtual Only” participants.
