The 2nd Iranian IBRO/APRC Associate School of Cognitive Neuroscience for Addiction Prevention and Treatment Development: From Animal Study to Human Brain Mapping is around the corner and will take place in Tehran, Iran, on September 22-29, 2023.
The main focus of this prestigious event is to provide an opportunity for participants in the Asia- Pacific region to acquire cornerstone theoretical and technical knowledge in the field of Addiction Neuroscience integrating various perspectives from Cognitive Neuroscience, Cellular and Behavioral Neuroscience, and Computational Neuroscience.
The school provides two full days with 16 lectures and three days with opportunities to participate in a variety of hands-on practical sessions focused on training techniques for animal and human studies, and two days, cultural visits and proposal/poster presentations.
On behalf of the organizing committee, I would like to welcome your eligible colleagues, researchers, and students to apply for the school that is fully funded by the IBRO, the Iranian Neuroscience Society (INSS) and the Cognitive Science and Technologies Council (CSTC) of Iran. We are honored to be hosting 24 national and international applicants who are MD students and residents, Ph.D.D students and postdoctoral fellows in related disciplines and are not more than 35 years old (by May 1, 2023).
